Submit FASTA, predict structures, download PDB
Upload a FASTA file containing one protein sequence. Add a : before the sequence to define the chain as a cyclic topology. Multi-sequence inputs will use the multimer model preset automatically.
Runtime depends on sequence length and hardware availability. The task will run on the server and provide a results page when finished.
All generated PDB files can be downloaded individually or as a single ZIP archive from the results page.
